Can children fly? What is the minimum age?
Yes, children are very welcome to experience this magic! Children as young as 2 years old can fly, as long as they are accompanied by a guardian. They occupy an individual seat and wear a seatbelt as normal. It’s an experience that delights all ages!
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my flight?
Your safety and quality of view are essential. If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for flying (such as heavy rain or fog), we’ll contact you to reschedule your tour for a new date and time of your choosing, at no additional cost.
Is "Doors Off" flying safe?
Yes, it’s 100% safe and an incredible adrenaline-pumping experience! All passengers wear special 4-point seat belts, ensuring complete protection. Additionally, all loose objects (such as cell phones and cameras) must be secured with safety straps. It’s the best way to take perfect, glare-free photos!

RIO SKYRUSH (20 min): It’s an adrenaline rush! Perfect for those short on time who want to see the two biggest icons: Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain.
THE RIO DREAM (30 min): This is our most popular and essential experience. In addition to the icons, you’ll fly over famous beaches. It’s the best value.
RIO 360° (45 min): This is the complete immersion. For those who don’t want to miss a thing and want to see all the city’s landmarks, including Maracanã Stadium. If you’re still unsure, our WhatsApp team can help you choose the perfect option for you!
Can I choose my seat on the aircraft?
Our captain determines the seating arrangement shortly before takeoff. This decision is based on passenger weight to ensure the aircraft’s perfect balance and safety. But don’t worry: all our aircraft have large windows, and every seat offers spectacular views.
What should I bring and wear on the day of my flight?
We recommend comfortable clothing. On colder days, a light jacket is a good idea, as the altitude can be cooler. Sunglasses are great for protection from the wind and glare. And most importantly, bring your cell phone or camera with plenty of battery to capture every moment!
How does 12-month installment payment work?
It’s very simple! Payment can be made by credit card and divided into up to 12 installments (see conditions for each itinerary). We accept all major credit cards. You can ask any questions about payment directly to our team on WhatsApp.
How early do I need to arrive for my flight?
We ask that passengers arrive at our hangar at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time. This time is necessary for check-in, safety briefings, and weighing for distribution onto the aircraft.
